Who is making my products if they're hand-made?
Our owner and formulation creator, Stephanie Tear! All products are made in small batches, quality tested, and assured by Stephanie. If you receive something, you'll be glad to know if was perfected by her prior to being sent to you.
When a product says natural, does that mean it contains GMOs?
At Glaminizers, we strive to use ingredients that are Non-GMO certified. When ingredients we are sourcing are not certified, we take necessary action to confirm lack of genetically modified ingredients. Please keep in mind, we are very particular who we purchase our ingredients from, making sure they're the freshest & best quality.
How long until I receive my products with regular shipping?
Considering every product is hand-made to order, processing time can be anywhere from 3-7 days. Shipping takes between 2-3 days to arrive! Please read more details about shipping in the Shipping Policy.
Is Glaminizers LLC 100% Vegan?
Our owner, Stephanie Tear, has been completely vegan for over 3 years! Every single Glaminizers product is 100% vegan. She utilizes plant-based ingredients and avoids all animal by-products. Our sugars are Vegan Certified. All of our suppliers have confirmed no contamination or use of animal by-product in their ingredients. None of our products contain Honey or Beeswax.
How is it natural + dye-free if there are pigments + colors?
We only source pigments & colors that do NOT contain - ultramarines, synthetic colors, dyes, carmine (bug coloring), parabens, & petrochemicals. Our pigments are composed of Mica, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, and Silica.
My package was damaged upon arrival! What do I do?
Take photos of the package and products that were damaged immediately. You must file a complaint on USPS.com - file a complaint. It is very important to report the damage that the postal service caused with careless package handling. After filing a complaint, send an email with all necessary info and photos along with your order number. Please read more about this in our Shipping Policy.
